Preparation 1.Boil potatoes and peel. Dice medium cut. 2.Roast the Cumin and coriander seeds, then grind 3.Heat oil and sauté onions till soft and light brown. Add the peas, cayenne pepper, coriander Turmeric, Veggie Seasoning and 5Tbsp water. Cover and simmer until peas are cooked, adding more water if required 4.Add the potatoes, roasted coriander and cumin, lemon juice and garam masala and stir fry. 5.Allow filling to cool before making the samoosa

Serve with Sweet and Sour sauce to dip sammosa in
