Dear Sponsor/Donator: The Westside Saints Youth Football/Cheer organization is a nonprofit organization serving the youth of the Fort Bend and Alief areas. We are a part of the Fort Bend Youth Football League (FBYFL) which consist of 17 teams. Our organization consist of 150 boys and girls, between the ages of 5—12 participating in both football and cheerleading. Our season begins in August and ends in November. Our divisions consist of Football and Cheerleading: Flag, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Levels.. Our goal and commitment as an organization is to develop “champions on and off the field.” In achieving this goal we will educate/instruct the young boys and girls of our community to appreciate the fine art & fun-
damentals of football and cheerleading. Furthermore, our purpose is to teach our young boys & girls the benefits of teamwork while assisting them in developing and promoting qualities of physical fitness, competitive team spirit, discipline, and good sportsmanship. The Westside Saints organization is run entirely through the efforts of community volunteers. It is funded by the participants registration fees; however, those fees are not enough to maintain our overhead cost throughout the year. Every season, we replace older outdated equipment; which assist us in maintaining the safety of our children. We also have fees assessed from our partnership with Alief and/or
Fort Bend ISD for usage of their fields for our games and/or practices. With the support of local businesses, like yours, we can make our transition to the new season safely and properly equipped. The Westside Saints will gladly accept any donation amount provided by you to assist in the upcoming season expenses.
