NO food or drink
All injuries must be reported as soon as they occur. Come in for evaluation when injured or ill.

No Cleats or Spikes
No Tobacco products
Take a shower before treatment
No equipment is to leave the Athletic Training Room
No horseplay or Abusive Language
No shoes on treatment table
ICE BATH IN ATHLETIC TRAINING ROOM PLEASE

BEFORE GETTING IN THE COLD TUB INSIDE THE TRAINING ROOM
Bring a own towel
No socks or tape
AT LEAST 5-7 MINUTES
CHAMPIONSHIP HYDRATION Body Cannot Function Without Water Vital For All Living Matter Needed For Survival 70 % of Body Weight 75 % of Muscle Mass 80 % of Brain Mass Prevent SOFT TISSUE INJURIES (muscle strain etc)
