Sports Physicals HSHS Medical Group and AthletiCare at St. Mary’s will be conducting sports physicals at the following schools:
Physicals will be done at the following schools: St Teresa High School

4-7 pm
Argenta-Oreana High School
Mon., June 6
4-7 pm
Meridian High School
Wed., June 8
5-7 pm
Meridian Football
Wed., June 8
3:30-5 pm
Make up dates at Family & Sports Medicine Decatur, 2965 N Main Street Suite F Decatur, IL 6/30/16 & 7/28/16 1–5 pm Sports physicals are for Elementary – High School students $25/student; make checks out to HSHS Medical Group Sports Physicals only, will not count as physical to enter a specific grade. Immunizations will NOT be provided
