Mosaic Life Care is providing physicals for Platte County High School athletes. This is a required screening to clear athletes for sports participation. This physical will be good for the 2015-2016 school year. Please wear loose fitting clothing. Date: Saturday, July 25, 2015 Time: 9 a.m. – noon Cost: $10 Bring: Completed MSHSAA form and proof of insurance Who: Platte County High School students Where: Mosaic Life Care at Platte City 2703 Running Horse Road Platte City, MO 64079 All money collected from physicals will be donated to the Athletic Department at Platte County High School.
