1 STATEMENT BY THE NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS ON THE NATION-WIDE CONSULTATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE 40-YEAR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN Delivered by Dr. William Ahadzie Date: 13th August, 2015 Venue: Crystal Rose Hotel, Kumasi ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Mr. Chairman, The Director General of NDPC, Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen; I am the Director of Research of the National Democratic Congress, and all other identities you know me by are hereby non-applicable. We are here to participate in the consultation process towards a long-term national development plan. As you know our party believes in long-term vision and we have history to show for that. Being a social democratic party, we believe in the process and we shall honour the plan to the letter when we return to power in 2016. Thank you.
