• Marinate abalone and cut into cubes. Add Knorr Chicken Stock and salt to minced fish and mix well. Add in abalone cubes, smoked duck breast, asparagus cubes, and shark's fin to make filling. • Pan fry egg white to make wrapper. Wrap the filling to form a round-shaped bag, place in double boiler. Bring stock to boil, add in Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon and salt until covers 2/3 of the bags, steam for 15 minutes. • Remove and decorate with crab roe.
