You can register for summer camp and fall season at the same time. Registering is easy. We will be hosting the 7th Annual SYS Summer Camp this year at the SHS Fields. Registration deadline is June 13th. A $20 Late Fee Will Be Charged After June 13th. Page 1 of 2
FALL REGISTRATION DEADLINE AUGUST 10 TH Register online at leagues.bluesombrero.com/stevensvillesoccer REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUG. 10TH. Shin guards INSIDE long socks are required. Soccer cleats are recommended. NO jewelry, caps, hair ties with metal, or casts allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS! FIELD #2 CONSTRUCTION Phase 1 of the field construction, fill material, is complete. Phase 2 is topsoil, we have the material reserved, just need funding and to transport it to the field. Phase 3 is sprinklers, we have applied for grants and we are waiting for award notification. Phase 4 is seed, which is purchased and in storage. We have a GoFundMe account to raise taxdeductible donations. Check out gofundme.com/848tbsf8 to find out how you can help!
COACHES You will be contacted after registration. Mandatory meeting 8/23/16 @ 6pm. You will receive rosters and equipment.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED We are in need of coaches, referees, assistant coaches, new board members, and volunteers to help with field prep, fundraisers, grants, publicity, construction, web/logo design and concessions. Board meetings are held the 3rd Wed. of each month in the basement of Farmers State Bank at 7pm. Please come and find out how you can help.
HISTORY BOARDS We are still selling squares on the piece of history boards to raise funds for field #2. If you would like to purchase a square please contact Cathi Cook @ 240-3705.
AWARDS BANQUET This year we will have a Taco Feed on Friday, Nov. 4th, at the Stevensville School Multi-purpose room @ 6:30pm. Bring a dessert if you are able. Reminders will be sent out as the date approaches. We will have door prizes and raffle items this year. Donations Accepted.
CAMP SHIRT LOGO DESIGN CONTEST Design a logo and you could win a free camp registration. Deadline to enter is May 11, 2016. Winner will be notified May 19 th.
