Half Day: $450.00 5 hours/studio $650.00 5 hours/studio & Green room
Hourly: $100.00 (minimum of 2 hrs) Studio Only Prior day load in additional cost of $50.00, if available Suggested rates are based on M-F 8am-8pm. Early hours, after hours & weekends additional fee’s may apply. Payment made in full upon arrival no acceptions. Cash, check or credit debit. Productions must carry insurance otherwise subjectable to $100.00 - $500.00 deposit returned after load out and damage inspection, Negotiable. All production must sign studio waiver on arrival. Wifi, lighting & grip included

SPECS Studio: (38’7” X 22’2”)Room 500 Sq ft/ 14’ ceilings/ Reinforced Grid White Cyc wall: (18’4” X 18’6”) 336 Sq ft Green Screen: (20’ X 20’) Black & white muslin backdrop: (10 X 12) Green Room: 235 sq ft, two giant windows, seating, fridge, coffee pot, microwave & full bathroom. Private office available upon request. Reinforced Grid covers the entire studio ceiling. 4 double paned windows facing Bowery with plenty of natural light 3rd Floor walk up (two flights of stairs) street parking only, production assistants available for load in/out upon request. Private Restroom. Kitchen & Conference: Located on the 4th floor kitchen, private conference room seats approximately 10 people and large holding area.
