SPECS Studio: (38’7” X 22’2”) Room 800+ Sq ft / 14’ ceilings/ Reinforced Grid White Cyc wall: (18’4” X 18’6”) 336 Sq ft Green Screen: (20’ X 20’) Black & white muslin backdrop: (10 X 20) Reinforced Grid covers the entire studio ceiling. Four double paned windows facing Bowery with plenty of natural light Or Black out. Studio Private Restroom, green room and hallway space 350+ sq ft Office and holding, private bathroom 500+ sq ft. Kitchen & Conference: Located on the 4th floor kitchen, private conference room seats approximately 10 people and large holding area.(FEE’s Apply to utilize these areas) NOTE: 3rd Floor, walk up (two flights of stairs), street and garage parking.
