Submitting a Closed Jumbo Loan to PennyMac All Jumbo loans must be locked and submitted with the complete closed loan package. PennyMac will not provide prior credit or value approval. Clients should follow the submission process below:

1. Enter the Customer Portal and select Create Loan menu option. 2. Choose to enter the loan manually or as a 1003 upload. 3. Enter the loan data as requested on the Lock Request Screen. Important note:  Under Mortgage Type enter JUMBO  Product Name enter appropriate Jumbo product based on Amortization term (i.e. Jumbo-Fixed-30YR)  Enter No. of Months’ Reserves 4. Once all data entered, click on REQUEST LOCK from menu option located at bottom of page. 5. You will receive confirmation that the loan is locked and be given the opportunity to print your Lock Confirmation. 6. The Loan will now display in the LOCKED pipeline stage. Once the loan is identified, hover the mouse over the blue circle and click on DOC CENTER. 7. Once in the DOC CENTER, click on UPLOAD NEW DOC. 8. Select COMPLETE CREDIT PACKAGE. 9. Locate the Complete Credit Package on your system and upload per standard process. 10. Once uploaded, click on the File Delivery menu option located at the bottom of the screen. 11. The loan will now display under the CREDIT FILE RECEIVED pipeline stage. 12. The loan will be reviewed in accordance with standard file delivery procedures.
