Sum m ary o f Trango A scents. Eight routes have been clim bed on the Trango N am eless Tower (6239 m eters, 20,4 7 0 feet). T here have been 13 ascents to the sum m it. 1. June 8, 1976, Britons A nthoine, B oysen, B row n, H ow ells, south west face (new ). 2. June 15, 1987, Slovenes Cankar, K nez, Šrot, southsoutheast face (new ). 3. June 23, 1987, Sw iss Piola, Schaffter, Frenchm en Fouquet, D elale, w est buttress (new ). Fouquet descended by paraglider. 4. July 13, 1988, Pole K urtyka, Sw iss L oretan, east face (new). 5. Septem ber 3, 1988, G erm ans K raus, L ipinski, Schneider and W ilz, K urtyka-Loretan route to snow band and then Slovene route. 6.
