The Strength and Conditioning Program will put an emphasis on four lifts: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift and Clean. It will provide flexibility with auxiliary lifts that suit the needs of the athlete. All athletes are welcome and encouraged to come regardless of experience. The speed and leadership training is being put on by Next Level Performance. It will feature a one hour speed camp and a half an hour leadership seminar each session.
