Our services are projected on to a screen. Please ask one of the welcomers if you would like service booklets, larger words or hymn books. During communion please indicate if you would prefer a wafer. Non-alcoholic wine is available at the front on the right hand side
We offer prayer after the morning service, in the sofa area at the front. Children and young people are in the service until the notices when go to their different Sunday school groups, returning towards the end. Tea and coffee are served from 10am and also after the morning service.
Please stay for refreshments afterwards at the back of the church.
Notices St Thomas’ Day Garden Party and BBQ – 2nd July We are delighted that Lib Peck will join us to officially open the Community Garden next Sunday. Don’t forget to bring your cakes for sale, clearly labelled (especially if they contain nuts) and any toys for Camilla’s tombola stall. It’s still not too late to get involved! Email Kate: [email protected]. Please also take some flyers today from the welcome table to spread the word amongst your friends and neighbours.
The Choir will be entertaining at the Summer Fair, and if you'd like to join us in singing some popular songs we will be rehearsing on Thursday 29th in the Cafe. Please speak to Eunice if you're interested, or just turn up! Men's Group | 28th June, 8pm | The Regent Our monthly men’s group will meet for drinks at The Regent, Chestnut Grove, Balham, from 8pm on Wednesday 28 June. All men welcome. Peru Team News (trip dates 19 July - 16 August) If you would like to donate towards the project, please go to: https://my.give.net/Peru2017 The team is raising money for the practical projects they will be involved in. The primary building project is to start the construction of the dining area on the first floor of the building we began in 2008. They also want to take out sports and craft equipment for the new youth area we will be helping to set up. Summer Youth Club | 1 - 3 August, 2 - 4pm | St Stephen’s This summer we are excited to be running a Summer Youth Club at St Stephen’s on 1 - 3 August, 2-4pm. There will be a range of activities, such as football, cooking, craft, dance, table tennis, pool and more! Please speak to Sam for more details. Ignite | 25 June, 6-8pm | Christ Church Gipsy Hill Ignite will be a great evening with games, snacks, drinks, worship, a talk, football, table tennis and a relaxed cafe area. It would be amazing to have as many people involved in our Youth Ministry attend as possible. Please speak to Sam for more details.

All Ladies are invited to a night of fellowship and food in the St Thomas' church café at 7.30 pm. Bring a plate of food or a bottle and come and hear from our friend Helen Carruthers sharing what God is doing in Hong Kong ?
That Na’a Sowah’s visa application would be successful and that she would find a permanent home for her, Joshua and Judah.
