#B ETHANY B KLYN #L ACEYSAID #D ELIVERANCE
OUR KNOWN SICK AND SHUT-IN MEMBERS “I was sick and ye visited me…” Matthew 25:36 Beloved, Who do you trust and call on to deliver something you consider precious? USPS: United States Postal Service “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” UPS: United Parcel Service “United Problem Solvers” ~ “What can brown do for you?” FedEx: Federal Express “Relax, it's FedEx.” ~ “The World on Time.” “When it absolutely, positively has to get there overnight.” Each of those entities has a very good success rate and a good historical track record of dependability, but that still isn’t enough when things are crucial or dire. In those times, when we need a failsafe delivery, we should turn to the only one with a 100% success rate: FSHS = G: Father, Son and Holy Spirit = GOD “ and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you” (Psalm 50:14-15) No matter the crisis, assignment, concern, expectation or prayer, God never fails and is always available and reliable to be called on and to answer. Today, I encourage us to offer thanksgiving to Jesus for deliverance, not only in the times of trouble, but all the days of our lives. After all, God is constantly delivering us from, or to, something, someone, or someplace. Our Christian Life of Deliverance is already in motion, even when we are unaware and do not expect it. I leave you with this thought: On this day, 15 years ago, September 11, 2001, many people left their homes not realizing that life would never be the same. But know that even on that day God was still in the business of deliverance. God delivered many people to either their earthly or heavenly homes. It is my prayer that we grow in our understanding of Living A Life of Deliverance, because we never know when, how or where the Lord will deliver us next. With a Shepherd’s Love,
Pastor Lacey

MORNING SCRIPTURE ~ Psalm 34:1-22 (NIV) 1I
will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. 2 I will glory in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. 3 Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. 5 Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. 6 This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. 8 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. 9 Fear the LORD, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing. 10 The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing. 11 Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 12 Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, 13 keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies. 14 Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. 15 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry; 16 but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth. 17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. 18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; 20 he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken. 21 Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned. 22 The LORD will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
SERMONIC SCRIPTURES ~ MATTHEW 6:9-13 (NIV) 9 “This,
then, is how you should pray: “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, 10 Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us today our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’
ABBA FATHER Our Father - we love to call You By Your grace we have adopted, now we're Your children, You now receive us, joint heirs with Jesus, Our Father, Our Father For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
