Cutting Instructions:
Elephants – Lilac (A) • Cut fifteen 2 ½” x width of fabric (WOF) strips. Sub-cut the strips into (240) 2 ½” squares. Flowers & Vines – Navy (B) • Cut eight 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (120) 2 ½” squares; • Cut four 4 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into sixty 2 ½” x 4 ½” strips. Bouquets – Light Blue (C) • Cut four 4 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into sixty 4 ½” squares. Flower Buds – Navy (D) • Cut eight 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (120) 2 ½” squares. Block Assembly Instructions:
1.
Place one 2 ½” Fabric D square on the top left corner of one 4 ½” Fabric C square, right sides together (Fig. 1). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 1). Flip open the triangle formed and press (Fig. 2). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼" away from the sewn seam.

Follow Figure 3 for the seam direction to add a 2 ½” Fabric H square to the upper right and lower left corners and a 2 ½” Fabric A square to the lower right corner of the 4 ½” Fabric C square to make one C block (Fig. 4).

Layer and quilt as desired. Sew the seven 2 ½” x WOF Fabric I strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.
