November 21, 2013 During last Friday’s chapel, Ms. Lindsey was crowned the Scholastic Book Fair’s “Book Fair-oh.” Her 3rd grade class collected the most All for Books dollars during the book fair and got to wrap Mrs. Yeilding like a mummy! Scholastic’s All For Books program is a win/win because it helps us buy books for the classrooms and for every dollar collected, Scholastic buys a book for a needy child. Ms. Lindsey’s students also got to enjoy a cookie party afterward. Congratulations 3rd graders!
It is that time of year for all kinds of sickness. Please help everyone stay well by making sure your child is fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medications such as Tylenol, Motrin or Advil before sending him/her back to school. It’s often difficult to tell how sick your child really is. If your child stays home and then feels better later, you can always take them to school. Be sure our school has current telephone numbers to reach you at all times in case your child becomes ill. School is important, but children who are sick need to stay home.

REMINDER: All TCS students must fill out a Student Dance Agreement Form. If you are bringing a guest from another school, you will also need to fill out a Guest Permission Form. Forms are available in the office.
