A report on the activities of the Club Treasurer’s annual report A review of the Constitution & By-law Amendments BOD elections The counting of the Ballots for board positions and announcement of results Location and time will be announced soon.
Board of Directors Elections
Nominations are being accepted for positions that are up for election: o Vice President – role description To Be Added. o Vice President of Competitive – role description To Be Added. o VP of Facilities – role description To Be Added. o Secretary – role description To Be Added. League members in good standing may present nominations in writing to a member of existing BOD including a brief biography. A proposed nominee must agree to his/her nomination, either by personal acceptance or by a letter of acceptance no later than 9/15/2016, 5:00pm. Nominations should be emailed to

[email protected] or can be hand delivered to a board member personally. A bio is required. Nominations submitted without the bio will be rejected. Cut-off date for submission of nominations is 9/15/2016, 5:00 pm. The qualified candidates for office to the BOD will be publicized to the membership 15 day prior to AGM meeting date on 9/16/2016. Newly elected Directors shall assume office immediately after the close of business at the AGM.
