*Part-time refers to “preschool only,” which is 9am-12pm for 1’s, 2’s, and 3’s, and 9am-2pm for PreK. **Full-time refers to children enrolled in “extended care,” 7:30am-6pm.

Tampa JCC Preschool 2015-2016 Fees Registration Fee – Once per registration [per year, per child] $150 – year round or summer only Registration fees and tuition deposits are due at the time of registration and are not refundable. There is a registration fee for each application. For families who register before April 1st, members are eligible for the early bird registration fee of $125. Registration fees are $150 except for JCC Preschool PreK graduates who are assessed a $50 fee for summer registration. Sibling Discounts Families with two or more enrolled children are eligible for a 10% discount on tuition for the second and any additional children. Please call your preschool office if you need additional forms. Programming Change Fee - $35 Each change to a child’s program will have a $35 fee assessed. Changes include, but are not limited to, number of days per week, adding or removing morning care, changing to or from extended care, and more. Late Pick Up Fees There will be a late charge of $5 per minute per child for pick up after 3pm for Lunch Bunch or 6pm for Extended Care. Monthly Tuition Payments Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the 5th of each month will be considered delinquent and subject to a $25 late fee. Tuition payments can be paid online (www.jewishtampa.com) or sent directly to the business office. Only checks or credit cards are accepted. We are not able to accept registration for any program if the family has a past due balance with the Tampa JCC and Federation. Unless special arrangements have been made with the Executive Director of Early Childhood Education, a family more than one month in arrears will be asked to withdraw their child(ren) from the preschool. Financial Assistance A limited number of financial scholarships are available. Applicants should request a financial assistance application at the time of registration or as soon as possible. Applications are processed by a committee and are confidential. Refund Policy No credits or refunds are given for holiday or weather-related closings or child absences. Deposits are only refunded to families who provide documentation that they have moved more than 50 miles from the JCC Preschool branches. Transportation Fees Transportation for children going from the south branch to the north branch during the summer session is available for a roundtrip fee of $300 for the entire summer session or $155 for one summer session.
