TATTNALL SQUARE CENTER FOR THE ARTS Rental Rate Sheet effective November 22, 2014 Rental Rates: Per Hour Fee: Full Day Rental: Cleaning Fee:
$150.00 (4 hour minimum) $1,300.00 (9:00 AM until 12:00 AM) $100.00 per day
Personnel Rates: House Manager:
(event under 200 people – 1 required) (event over 200 people – 2 required)
Fire Marshal: Technicians (as needed):*
$20.00 per hour $40.00 per hour $30.00 per hour $20.00 per hour
*Technicians may include lighting and sound engineers, stage manager, crew, etc. Number of technicians needed is determined by the Administrative Coordinator for the Tattnall Square Center for the Arts. Four hour minimums apply to all personnel.
In- House Equipment: Microphones: Standard Lighting: Focused Lighting:
One provided, additional $20.00 each Included in Rental Charge to be determined based on complexity
Outside Equipment: Macon Tent Rental is the exclusive provider of tables, banquet chairs, and all other outside equipment to be utilized at the Center.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required of all renters. The deposit amount will be determined based on the type of event and anticipaged length of rental at the discretion of the Administrative Coordinator for the Tatnall Square Center for the Arts.
Catering / Alcohol Use: Aramark is the preferred caterer for the Tattnall Square Center for the Arts. Alcohol may be served (but not sold) at the facility if all in attendance are over the age of 21 and the provider holds a valid Georgia liquor license.
Ticketing: If admission is charged, Lessee is responsible for payment of applicable sales tax. Mercer Ticket Sales is the preferred ticketing provider for the Tattnall Square Center for the Arts.
