TEAM CHARLOTTE PREMIER TRACK CLUB TRACK SEASON 2016
Registration Period: Registration begins on 1/16/2015 – Date TBD. Original Birth Certificate must be presented during registration. A copy will be made and notarized by Team Charlotte Organization at no cost to the parents and kept on file by the Team Charlotte for future sport registrations. This will alleviate the parents from presenting an original birth certificate at every registration event of Team Charlotte. If an athlete has a notarized birth certificate on file with Team Charlotte, a birth certificate will not be needed for track registration. A copy of most recent report card will be required for registration. Registration Fees & Uniform Cost: Registration fees are $160.00 per athlete for early registration and $185.00 per athlete for late registration which is any time after 5/20/2016. The team track uniform is included with the Registration fee. Additional optional items can be purchased: practice uniforms can be purchased (Cost is $30.00). There is also an optional track bag and sweat suit available for purchase. Cost of track bags are $35.00 and sweat suits are $140.00. ** No checks will be accepted. All fees are to be paid in cash or paid on line through Team Charlotte website. Register online at Teamcharlottesports.org. Ages for Track Season: (5 - 8) (9-10) (11-12) (13-14) (15-16) (17-18). Track Practice: Practice begins on 3/21/2016. Practice will be held at West Charlotte High School Track Field (6:00pm-8:30pm). Practice days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Practice during inclement weather is to be determined (TBD). Track Meets: Track meets are on Saturdays and some Sundays. Fees for Track Meets are TBD and must be paid by the parents.
