Terms and Conditions Pricing & delivery: 1. Payment may be made by way of Cash/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Demand Draft / Pay order / Cheque (all payable locally and subject to realization, in case of Cheque) in the name of M/s Tusker Motorcycles Pvt Ltd. 2. Price shown above is Ex-Showroom Goa inclusive of VAT (12%) 3. Ex-Showroom price mentioned does not include any other local / state taxes, Entry Tax, Octroi, RTO Tax, Registration charges, Road tax, Insurance, etc. 4. Price of the vehicle is subject to change and price at the time of delivery shall be applicable. 5. The registration of the vehicle & issue of registration certificate is at the sole discretion of the respective Transport Authority. 6. For deliveries outside Goa, the vehicle shall be delivered with a temporary registration number, permanent registration to be applied for and carried out by the buyer. 7. Offer strictly subject to availability of vehicles & Colors. 8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery period may be subject to change. Booking: 9. 10. No interest will be paid on booking amount(s), under any circumstances. 11. The Applicant may cancel the booking and request refund of the booking amount any time after the date of booking, and prior to confirming a delivery appointment with the dealership. Such Applicant has to register a cancellation request by submitting a written notice of cancellation request at the Dealership Entity. On cancellation, the payment made by the Applicant will be refunded by the Dealership Entity, within 30 (thirty) days of the request for cancellation, after deduction of service charges equivalent to 50% of the booking amount. 12. A booking once cancelled cannot be reinstated. 13. Booking from minors will not be accepted. General Terms & Conditions: 14. Any uniform change in model specification and/or accessories for the Harley-Davidson motorcycles on delivery will be at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. 15. Any dispute relating to enforcement, interpretation or application of these terms and conditions will be subject to Courts at Bangalore alone to the exclusion of all others. 16.
