Entries will be accepted online via www.directathletics.com Each team must bring at least 14 athletes per gender!
Entry Deadline:
Wednesday, April 26th, 2017 at 11:59am
Entry Fee:
Team (14 athletes or more) - $350 per Gender Unattached - $35 per athlete There will be no refunds for scratches or no show athletes Payment online ONLY at www.directathletics.com
Packet Pick- Up:
Texas State University Track and Field Stadium Ticket Booth (Westside Entrance) *All entry fees must be paid in full ONLINE, or you will be scratched (NO EXCEPTIONS)*
Scoring:
Meet will be scored (not including unattached/club athletes) and a team championship trophy will be awarded to each gender.
Weights and measures: Will open 2 hours before and close 1 hour prior to event Facilities:
Texas State University Track and Field Stadium and Bobcat Stadium (football field)
Practice/Warmup:
Field Event Practice will be available on Friday, April 28th, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The track will be available for practice on Friday, April 21st, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Practice and warmup on Saturday will be in the lot behind the track stadium (Southeast corner).
Parking:
Will be available at the Stadium.
Locker Rooms:
None available.
Field Events:
Discus, Shot Put, Hammer, Javelin, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault (3 attempts and a final in all events except High Jump and Pole Vault) ***UNATTACHED ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE 3 ATTEMPTS ONLY (except in High Jump/Pole Vault) – NO FINAL!!!***
Results:
Live results will be posted on the Texas State University website.
Spectators:
Admission - $10 Adults, $5 for ages 8-18, 7 and under free
Team Camps:
All Team Camps will be set up in the grass field adjacent to the Track and Field Complex (Southeast Corner).
