The 2014 Patriot Shootout – Indiana August 22-23, 2014 Medal of Honor (SOLD)– World Wide Motors, Mercedes-Benz Medal of Honor - Gala Sponsor – (1) $15,000 The Gala sponsorship will give you signage and recognition through out the evening. Medal of Valor - Hole in One Sponsor – (6) $5,000 each Your Company will sponsor a hole in one Give Away. Your logo will appear at the specific hole location. If the prize is won, you will be invited to present the prize to the winners. Medal of Valor – Fleet of Golf Carts - $3,200 Your Logo on all of the Golf Carts Medal of Valor – Practice Range - $1,250 – Logo and Booth to display at the practice range. Medal of Valor – Putting Green - $1,250 – Logo and booth to display at the putting green Medal of Freedom – Hole Sponsor - $300 Your logo will be displayed on the Tee Box for your specific hole. Each Tee Sign will display, the Title Sponsor, The Format Sponsor, The Hole Sponsor, and the Hoosier Veteran being honored. Your name will appear in the Gala program as a Hole Sponsor. Golf Cart Sponsor – (64) $50each. Your logo will be displayed in the Golf Cart, along with the name of a Hoosier Veteran being honored. Your name will appear in the Gala Program as a Cart Sponsor.
