The 2017 Missouri State Championship Time Trial - USA Cycling

The 2017 Missouri State Championship Time Trial Centralia, Missouri - Saturday, August 5th The State Championship Time Trial Course: is a 12.5 (20K) out and back on MO Hwys CC and V. Senior Categories will race 25 miles (40K), Junior Categories and select Masters Categories will race 12.5 miles (20K). Both distances will have a turn around mid-distance. The course is primarily flat with a few gentle rollers and 5 wide open turns. The course is on scenic rural roads with very few intersections and light traffic. Start/Finish staged just west of downtown Centralia, MO. The Missouri State Championship Criterium will be held the following day, Sunday, August 6th- in Jefferson City. Registration: Pre-Registration is $35 prior to July 1st, after July 1st registration is $40 per event. Junior entry is $20. Race Day Registration is $45. Fee includes $4.50 rider insurance/MOBRA surcharge. Pre- registration is available at www.bikereg.com - a surcharge will apply for online pre-registration. There WILL be on-site registration race-day 7:30 am - 8:30am. Pre-registered riders will be staged by category. Race day registrations will be staged in order of registration after the last pre-registered rider. We will publish a start list online 48 hours in advance of the race. If you miss your start or suffer a mechanical we can provide a re-start at the end of the start list. First Rider will depart at 9:00 am. No refunds. Races will occur rain or shine. Medals and Jerseys: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers per Category. For fields that have three or more participants, the winner will receive a Missouri State Championship Jersey. Non-Missouri residents are eligible for placing, but not medals or jerseys. Please note - Categories will be separated or combined accordingly for BAR scoring. Merckx Category Stipulations: NO - aerobars, skinsuits, shoe covers, aero helmets, or wheels over 28mm indepth. Directions to Time Trial Start Line from Centralia: The start will be located just west of downtown Centralia on Hwy CC. Staging will be near the Boone County Fire Station #10, at Hwy CC and Rodney Griffin St. Registration and Parking will be located at the New Beginnings Church lot just east of the Start/Finish on Hwy CC. Directions to Centralia: From Hwy 70- from the east or west, take Hwy Z (just east of Columbia) exit north to Centralia ~20 miles north of Hwy 70. 40K Categories: Men: Cat 1,2; Cat 3; Cat 4; Cat 5, Masters 30-34, Masters 35-39, Masters 40-44, Masters 45-49, Masters 50-54, Masters 55-59, Women: Cat 1/2/3; Cat 4/5; Masters 30-34; Masters 35-39; Masters 40-44; Masters 45-49; Masters 50-54; Masters 55-59. All Tandem Categories: Men, Women, Mixed; All Merckx: Open Men and Open Women. 20K Categories: Men: Masters 60+, Masters 70+, Women: Masters 60+, Masters 70+, Junior Boys : 9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, Junior Girls: 9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18.
