BACK

RIGHT FRONT

Longtail cast on 52 sts. Row 1 – (right side) knit across. Row 2 – p1, k1, (yif, sl2, yib, sl the same 2 sts back to left needle and knit 2 sts individually) repeat to last 2 sts, k1, p1. Row 3 – k2, (p1, yib, sl1) repeat to last 2 sts, k2. Row 4 – p1, k1, (yif, sl1, k1) repeat to last 2 sts, k1, p1. Repeat this 4 rows pattern 13 times more. Bind off.

Long tail cast on 31 sts. Row 1 – (right side) k1, p1, k1, p1, knit across to end. Row 2 – p1, k1, (yif, sl2, yib, sl the same 2 sts back to left needle and knit 2 sts individually) repeat to last 7 st, k2, and knit to knit and purl to purl for last 5 sts. FINISHING Sew shoulder seams about 9” in from each edge - this gives 7.5” neck opening. Measure approximately 10” down from shoulder seam and place markers on front and back. Sew side seams about 5” down from markers. Leave a vent open on the sides. Seam less or more as desired. Weave in ends.
