Reflections of His Life
Order of Service Pastor Ricky Glenn, Presiding
Happy are those whose strength is in you, in whose heart are the highways to Zion. As they go through the valley of Baca they make it a place of springs… They go from strength to strength. Psalm 84:5–7
On Friday May 27, 2016 the Lord called home one of his precious angels. Zebedee graciously accepted His calling and is now in his rightful place.
Zebedee Feaster was born October 28, 1953 in Monticello, South Carolina to Margaret Stone Feaster and the late James Feaster, Sr.
“Zeb”, as he was affectionately known, was a 1971 graduate of McCrorey-Liston High School. He furthered his education graduating from Voorhees College in Demark, South Carolina and with a Master’s Degree from Strayer University. He was currently pursuing his doctorate also from Strayer University. He was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and an active participant in the Celebrate Recovery Program. Zebedee was an active member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Cayce, South Carolina where he was a member of the Usher Board.
He was preceded in death by his father; brothers: James Jr., Roy and Donald; and a sister, Melissa Feaster.
Zebedee leaves to cherish fond memories his mother, a very devoted and loving friend, Loretta Bovain; sisters, Mamie Mangie of Cleveland, OH, Alenda Holloway of Irmo, South Carolina, Miranda (Dexter) Finch of Blair, South Carolina and Patricia Richards; brother, Russell (Yvonne) Feaster of Dawkins, South Carolina. He also leaves two aunts, two uncles and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends who will always love and miss him dearly.
He proudly helped raise Steven, Carlos and Thomas Harris and Breanna and Dontay Fanning.
