*Cocktail Buffet style Receptions with limited seating can accommodate 225-650 Rental includes tables, chairs, champagne brocade linens, bone china, glassware, & silverware. The average cost of a Saturday evening reception is $100-$115/per person to include hors d’oeuvres, dinner, open bar, staffing, taxes and service charge. The ballroom rental and any additional services including parking, club room rental, & guest suite rental pricing is separate and will be quoted in your customized proposal.
