Welcome to the World of Darwin We want people to stay in our business, learn, grow and develop. We want them to deliver value to our organisation, clients and candidates and be proud of doing so. We believe in incentivising and rewarding all of our staff, over and above our market leading commission structures and benefits packages. Every year, we hold an annual awards ceremony, during which, high achievers and long serving members of staff are recognised and rewarded. At this ceremony the highest achieving recruitment consultant will win a trip to Miami. Earlier this year, following a company-wide vote, the highest achieving member of support services won a trip for two to Champneys. Each month, the high achievers are given the afternoon off and are taken to one of the top restaurants in London/Munich/Amsterdam. Every year, the 20 highest achieving people in the company are taken on an all-expenses paid trip to a 5 star destination. In 2014 the high achievers went to Marbella, in 2013 they visited Barcelona and in 2012; Las Vegas.

We believe in providing the best working environment for our staff. In Amsterdam we occupy an office on the 15th floor of the World Trade Centre, and in Munich our offices are based in the city centre close to the shops, hotels and restaurants. In the UK our spacious offices include a huge break-out area that has been furnished for maximum comfort complete with games console systems, tiered seating, diner style booths and an Astroturf area with Fußball/pool table/air-hockey and table tennis to allow team members to rest and relax during their breaks. We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Best Companies 2 Star accreditation. The Best Companies Accreditation Standard follows the elite Michelin style star rating system for organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement; no stars but a ‘one to watch’ rating is ‘Good’, one star is very good, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.

Our Rising Stars Programme supports Consultants who have between 1 and 2 years’ service, those who are rising stars in our business. Our bespoke programme has been designed to fit the Darwin micro-specialist strategy, ensuring our Consultants become true experts in their technical verticals and geographic regions. At this stage we perfect your negotiation, business development and client engagement skills.
Evolving Leaders
To support our Consultants ongoing personal development, we offer a choice of career paths. Some Consultants have a passion to continue their career solely in a sales capacity, becoming a market leader in their vertical and a niche specialist with high earning capabilities. Others have a desire to guide, grow and direct people in a leadership capacity. At Darwin, both career paths are exciting and rewarding. At this stage of your career, you will discuss your future career options with your manager and have access to a range of advanced development modules to support your future career path

What Our People Think... I have been in recruitment for a number of years now and since joining Darwin I haven’t looked back.
