Lessons Learned 1. Worthwhile new ideas are usually simple – KISS 2. Investors are people who know best – So there’s no point arguing with them! 3. Investors have short attention spans – Busy, busy, so START with the BIG IDEA 4. Things take longer than planned – Plan not to run out of money, or steam! 5. Question your plan, not the idea – Being right isn’t enough: it must be clear too 6. The marketplace changes over time – Keep the plan fresh.
