The Salvation Army Vision of TSACP Bringing citizens, police officers and members of all beliefs together to build relationships and safe neighborhoods; identify root causes that shatter lives, and to provide assistance to empower individuals to make changes in their lives. To provide emotional and spiritual support to those affected by an event in Milwaukee, WI, which determined by the Milwaukee Police Dept., warrants this support. Faith Based Community Teams will be implemented for community outreach to promote strong neighborhoods.
