How do we get integrated? There are two distinct activities: eTranscripts – 3 components Transcript Ordering Ellucian Cloud - acts as the broker for the order, responsible for receiving the transcript order information from the Clearinghouse, sending the order to the your SIS. Accomplished using web services calls (APIs) School ERP/SIS – provide information about the requestor, receives, automates the processing of, and fulfills the transcript orders Transcript Ordering – creating your online transcript ordering website Delivery options Processing options FERPA consent options Holds/restrictions 3/31/2014
