Tips on Recruitment Calls: - Make sure to confirm an exact time and date and ask for their email so you can send an electronic confirmation. - Make sure the volunteer is clear on what type of activity they will be participating in - Make sure the volunteer knows the location of where to go for this activity with address and directions if needed. - Smile when you talk on the phone, volunteers can tell you’re more excited that way. - Be friendly and conversational. - Don’t spend too much time with only one volunteer, be polite but quickly move through your call list.
