A Gourmet Makan Makan Experience The well-loved Makan Makan heritage lunch buffet of nostalgic favourites at Edge takes on a refreshed presentation enhanced with an extensive spread of authentic Peranakan delicacies by Peranakan Chef Nancy Teo, including the classic Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Assam, Babi Pongteh and Special Kueh Pie Tee. Other Makan Makan highlights include the new Golden Mantou with Chilli Crab Sauce, Chef’s Specialty Heritage Rickshaw Noodles, as well as Oolong Smoked Chicken with Ginger Scallion Oil and Durian Pengat. The Makan Makan dining experience is complemented with a huge variety of Seafood on Ice, Sushi and Sashimi, and homemade Desserts.
