Games will consist of 2 – 25 minute halves for all ages! 5 Minute Halftime / 5 minutes between game times Each team is permitted 1 timeout per game, that is 1 minute in length. A central horn will start and stop all competition. Current USL Girl’s Rules will be in place (exception: no mercy rule will be in effect) a. Please Note: Modified Checking will be followed for all unless noted by the Tournament Director ahead of time – 2021 age groups and below.
Scoring 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Each field will have a field marshal to track penalty time (yellow cards) & score of the game. After the game coaches from both team verify final score & sign the score sheet. Field Marshals text the score into Tournament Headquarters. Official scores will be updated on the website ASAP for up-to-date standings! All Scores and Standings are posted to www.tourneymachine.com
Pool Play Points, Standings & Tie-Breakers Championship Procedures 1. Each tournament has different playoff procedures – (please see www.tourneymachine.com to see who advances to the playoffs from each bracket) Points Win (3); Tie (1); Loss (0) Tie-Breaking Procedures 1. Head-to-Head 2. Goals Against 3. Goals Differential 4. “Golden Goal” Play-In Game (first goal wins) – NO BRAVEHEARTS!
