ANNOUNCEMENTS & EVENTS Wednesday Fellowship Supper starts at 5:30 pm in the fellowship hall. Meals are $4 for adults and $3 for children under 12. For food preparation and set up, reservations are required, so please call the church office by noon on Mondays to change, make or cancel your reservation. 2016 World Mission Offering Update: In the January 22 Business Meeting the Budget Finance and Stewardship Committee along with the Mission Committee recommended completing the WMO shortfall from the 2016 budget surplus. We were able to accomplish this through the generosity of our FBC family and by being good stewards of the resources provided by God. Therefore, each agency or ministry will receive 100% of the funds that were designated for them in the 2016 WMO goal. These funds have now been distributed to these ministries and agencies. Campaign Brochures and Pledge Cards are available today in the Welcome Center and in the church office during the week. Crossings for Kids - If you have a 3rd-5th grader (incoming 3rd graders through exiting 5th graders) who would like to go to Kids’ Camp at Crossings with us July 23rd-26th, please turn in your $75 deposit to Mrs. Melissa today. The balance of $200 will be due by June 30th. Women’s Mentoring Ministry Presents: Heart to Heart: Women Mentoring One Another. All women are encouraged to attend a Coffee Kickoff on Saturday, February 18 from 10:00 to 11:30 am at the home of Carole Inman. Sign up and information is available in the Welcome Center today through February 12. Friday Friends Bible Study will resume on Friday, February 10 at 10:00 am with a brunch. Bring a breakfast item and join us at the home of Huong Kelly, 80 Roman’s Way. All women are invited to join this six-week study of Lysa Terkeurst’s book, The Best Yes led by Martha Parker beginning Friday, February 17 at 10:00 am at Huong Kelly’s home. Contact Huong at 270293-0902 if you are interested in joining this study or for more information. Wednesday Morning Ladies Bible Study will begin a six-week study of the book Brave: Honest Questions Women Ask by Angela Thomas beginning Wednesday, February 15 at 9:00 am in room AE310. Books are available in the church office for a suggested donation of $13. Contact the church office for more information.
