Wedding bells will be ringing on November 18th at 5 Please make plans to join us for the garden wedding of Lee Andra Bedford and Capell Griffin at 5 in the evening on November 18th. Cake and punch will be served in the auditorium following the wedding ceremony. We will be gifting the newlyweds with a money tree. Please see Linda Ours if you wish to contribute to the group gift. See Renee McLaughlin to buy a book for $10. If you would like to guide a class, you can sign up on the schedule posted outside the classroom door.
Box Tops and Labels for Education We collect box tops and participating company soup labels for education year-round to benefit Denham Oaks Elementary School. You can give these to Vicki Prickett or to the church office at any time.

Quote of the Week The LORD will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy. Job 8:21
Mt. Dora Food Drive Every year we are challenged to make a difference to Mt. Dora Children’s Home by fulfilling some of their needs at the Annual Food & Supply Drive. This year, in addition to the items on the shopping lists on the foyer tables, we want to cover the walls in the conference room with stacks of large cans of food for them. If you wish, you can donate funds and someone else will do the shopping for those cans for you. Wal-Mart or Publix gift cards are used for the purchase of perishable items such as meat, produce and dairy products. Please give those to Sandy West for safekeeping in the office. The deadline for donations is Sunday, October 22nd. Put your donations in the wooden bin in the hallway by the kitchen. Mt. Dora Change for Children Campaign The coin cans are on the foyer tables for you to take home with you to help you remember to put your change in them when emptying your pockets each evening. Put another can in your car and fill it with change from the drive-thru. Our Sunday School classes are being challenged to each fill a can. Money raised through Change for Children helps to support the children and single parents who live at Mt. Dora Children’s Home. Your gift will help provide a safe home, loving family, and a second chance to deserving children.
Trail Life & American Heritage Girls These programs are for youngsters 6-18. The meetings are at 7 p.m. on Thursdays at our building. For more information please visit www.newtampatraillife.com or see Tim Jones. Life Groups It’s not too late to choose a Life Group. The lists of the groups are on the bulletin board. Pick one and sign up today. We don’t want to just be a church that has Life Groups, but to be a Life Group church.
