Warnings : 1. Adjust the flow rate by opening the needle gradually from the fully closed position. With the needle open, there are chances of the device flying out. Turn the needle clockwise to close or counterclockwise to open. 2. When adjusting the air ow of equipment, open the needle gradually from the fully closed position. With the needle open, large ow may be applied to the equipment instantly and causes damage to the equipment. 3. When the fluid admitted is water or other liquids, use an insert ring. Otherwise the tube may fall out to cause leakage. 4. When the fluid admitted is water or other liquids, limit the level of surge pressure to the maximum working pressure or less. 5. Although the metal body can rotate against its thread body, avoid continuous and forcible swinging and rotation. Otherwise the body may suffer damage or develop leakage. 6. When the products are used under high temperature, choose seal materials with enough safety factor. Since seal material may cause air leakage due to heat deterioration, please conduct periodical maintenance. When an air leakage is found, change the products as soon as possible. 7. After opening the package, do not mix products with different type of seal materials. It may cause unintentional accidents. Cautions : 1. The Throttle (Needle) Valve is designed to tolerate some air ow at fully closed position. Therefore do not use it for applications that permits no air ow. 2. When you use a covered tube, be sure to cut the covering into the specied dimensions (see below) before use. Failure to do so may result in the coming off of the tube, leakage or inability to connect the tube.
