[email protected] Let’s have some fun with free hand cutting of curves - a very ‘free’ take on the Drunkards Path Block. Stack, slice, sew and square. It looks complicated and difficult by on the ‘easy scale’ it’s a 1 - super super easy!!! This is a one day technique class. Learn how to ‘free hand’ cut the curve, piece the curve, square the block. Make a whole bunch during the day and be well on your way to completing a quilt. This quilt is made using 10’’ x 10’’ squares. You can purchase a precut pack or cut your own. If cutting your own be sure to have a good selection of different fabrics (10 - 15 would be good). Supplies Pattern - Tidal Pool from Marlous Designs Material as stated by the pattern (I usually only get what I need for the blocks and leave the border, binding and backing fabrics for a later date.) Sewin machine in good working order with new needle (80/12) Extra sewingmachine needles just in case Rotary cutter with new blade Thread for piecing 1/4’’ foot (if you have one) 8 1/2’’ x 8 1/2’’ square acrylic ruler or larger Basic sewing supplies - seam ripper, fabric scissors, paper scissors, pins etc Lunch and fluids Anything else you think you’d like to have with you to ensure a fun day of sewing Crib 42’’ x 58’’
