If you are like me and a lot of other people with procrastination problems you will have great benefits of this book. But only if you apply the skills that this book will teach you. You may think you have the ability and knowledge for a lot of things, but action is what counts. And action is the currency in everything in this world. The best advice I give to people. Especially people who work with other people instead of machines. Trust their actions and not their words. This book will be divided into 3 parts. Part 1 What do you want. Here we will talk about what it is you really want to achieve with this book, and what you can achieve. This book is all about getting more effective in your daily life. So I guess you can call it a time management book. Or a time management system. Part 2 The method. Here we will discuss the actual techniques on how to get stuff done. It’s not a long chapter because I believe in keeping it simple are the way to succeed in everything. Part 3 Problems to avoid. This is the most important phase, if you want to make it a habit. Everyone can do anything for a day or a week. But to create a long term lasting habit, you need to do it correct from the start, if not you will always fall back to your old habits. I would recommend you to read this book more than once. This is one of the reason why I am trying to keep it short. You dont need to read this introduction everytime, but as Zig Ziglar says repetition is the mother of all learning, and I truly believe that. The more times you read the easier it is for you to form the habits because you subconscious mind will start influence your actions. What I recommend you to do before you start reading this book is to skim through the three phases before starting reading the whole book. And make up your mind on what you think this is, what question do you have about this subject? This will mentally prepare you better for what you are reading. By the way this is a great technique I recommend you to use on every book you are going to read. Now enjoy this book and the best of luck to you. Read this First Have you ever heard that interval training is the most effective way when training. Well it builds your muscles and it strengthens your stamina and performance level and capacity. There famous saying “no pain no gain” says it all. Well it seems like this works when you are working as well. The difference is that you use other muscles instead of training. You use the biggest muscles of them all, the brain. Of course this works when working out and if you have a job that is really physical. But for me it have done wonders when it comes to working with my brain. Maybe that is because I am by nature a more physical person and I need more discipline when it comes to working with my brain. You see I love using my body, but I am having trouble focusing on working tasks when I use my brain. This is why this new system is so great for getting things done. When reading this free ebook I want you to have an open mind. I understand if you tell yourself that the timer is not enough to get you working. That you deep down know that the timer is not sufficient enough and you know that in reality you have plenty of time. I understand that, but give it a chance. What is the worst that can happen.
