ABB Service Support Exceptional Response to Exceptional Circumstances Hurricane Ike 2008 – ExxonMobil, Beaumont, TX and Dupont/Invista, Sabine, TX §
Hurricane Ike’s storm surge put these entire sites under 2-3 feet of water,

We had 100 service engineers on each site within one week.
§
Drawings were also under water, and ABB recovered the wet drawings and re-drafted them with both the “as found information” and the version as restored.
§
ABB began restoring power in several weeks on a coordinated and phased approach.
