TOMATO BRUSCHETTA Mamma Mia! That’s some fancy flavor. 5 tomatoes (diced small) ½ onion (diced small) 1 tbsp garlic (finely minced) 1 tbsp fresh basil (minced) 1 tsp thyme (picked) 1 tbsp parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp Just Mayo™ 1 tbsp salt Baguette-style rustic bread for toasting Bruschetta Topping: Chop vegetables and herbs and combine in a mixing bowl; stir in balsamic vinegar and salt to taste. Set aside to marinate for up to 30 minutes. Toast 1/4’ slices in oven at 350˚F for 7-10 minutes. Spread Just Mayo™ on toasted bread and top with Bruschetta. Bravo!
