TOWN OF CHAPIN SOUTH CAROLINA
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE FOR 100% ANNEXATION OF LAND AND ADJACENT AND ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OFF OF EAST BOUNDARY INTO THE TOWN OF CHAPIN, SC. WHEREAS, the Town of Chapin is the owner of the said property and desires to bring the property in to the Town under the provisions of S. C. Code Section 5-3-150(3); and WHEREAS, it appears to Council that annexation would be in the best interest of the property owners and the Town; and WHEREAS, notice requirements of the S.C. Code Section 5-3-150(1) have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Chapin, South Carolina, this day of that the property herein described, and the adjacent and abutting rights-of-way, are hereby annexed to and become a part of the Town of Chapin effective . Lands contiguous to Town Limits, being known as Tax Map Number 000700-03-104 and shown in the plat attached. The property shall be zoned General Commercial (GC) as recommended by the Chapin Planning Commission. This ordinance shall become effective
