BACKGROUND:
The Town Council approved Ordinance No. 1, Series of 2017 creating the Parks, Open Space, Trails and Recreation Advisory Board to provide broad-based experience, expertise and knowledge of the POSTR Plan to assist, guide, review and make recommendations to the Town Council regarding the establishment and implementation of Town policy consistent with the POSTR Plan. This board may have up to 15 members, this will be a one year term this year. FINANCIAL IMPACT N/A APPLICABILITY TO COUNCIL GOALS
