On April 16, we invited a group of Gastroposters to help us in celebrating our 100th mission together at Osteria Dei Ganzi. We could not be more grateful to see the community (and Chef Corbin!) come togetherto share the love of food with one another. Thanks to our partners as well for providing space, munchies, drinks and door prizes. From sizzling Caesars to camera clicks to planning dinner dates — this was one party we’ll be sure to never forget. We hope to see you at the next one.
Fouad Makadsi @iphouad
What a wonderful journey it has been with the past 100 missions. I pick the theme “colours.” This dish is baked lamb leg and dates.

TR PICAL FRU T
We know many Gastroposters cherish local food, but sometimes even locavores have to look further afield to find something delicious. Wouldn’t culinary life be dull if we only ate the fruits that grew in Canada? Celebrate sunny tropical fruit this week by showing us a dish or drink employing your favourite, whether it be banana, pineapple, mango or something else. Or inspire your fellow Gastroposters by eating a more novel and exotic fruit — have you been yearning to sample mangosteen, rambutan, granadilla or dragon fruit? Why not try it this week?
