You asked and we have the answers… At Greater Fort Lauderdale REALTORS®, not only are you a valuable member but a “Business Partner” as well. With this in mind, we are providing you with an incentive to transfer agents in your office who are members of other associations to GFLR.
Transferring Members Agents transferring from other associations receive full credit for membership and MLS fees already paid. All they need to do is complete a transfer application and submit to GFLR for processing. Once processed, they will receive confirmation via e-mail. Most agents receive 3 free months of membership and 3 free months of MLS services. Annual fees for 2015-2016 $699. This amount includes a $100 Local/MLS incentive for full on-time payments. Local/MLS fees are $418 and NAR/FR dues are $281. Members can also choose a 3 month installment payment plan to pay regular fees from October 1 through January 1.

Supra Transferring members who already have the e-Key basic service and Fob can stop by one of our two convenient locations and activate the service on their phone. There may be a nominal fee for activation which is currently $35. The Supra e-Key service is then provided at no additional cost as part of association services. This is a simple process and it only takes a few minutes.
GFLR members are provided the e-Key Basic system with their MLS participation at no additional cost. Members can now obtain the latest FOB and e-Key Basic system for a one-time nominal fee.
45 Post License Course Agents who are newly licensed and have placed their license for the first time with a member real estate broker and join GFLR can take advantage of our “No Cost” 45 Post License Course required for the first renewal of their real estate license. This course is valued up to $150 and is available twice a year.
Training & Updates We are always available to do specialized office training on any of our products and services. Training sessions can be customized to meet your individual office needs and at your convenience. This type of personalized training is welcomed by most agents.
Office Sales Meeting Presentations Our staff welcomes the opportunity to attend office sales meetings to update members on any real estate issues and trends on a national, state or local level. This gives agents the ability to address issues of concerns or ask relevant questions.
