Hand baggage Items of hand baggage only Please check luggage allowances with your airline before travelling to the airport. Luggage should be no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (including wheels, handles and external pockets). Liquids No liquids, gels, creams, perfumes and sprays of more than 100 ml/100g. Any liquids of 100ml or less must be carried in a small re-sealable plastic bag.
After security control Passengers are able to buy liquids including drinks and perfumes in retail outlets after security control. Travelling to the USA Passengers travelling to the USA may be subject to further checks at the gate before boarding.
The plastic bag must not exceed one litre capacity per passenger - that’s around half the size of a standard A4 piece of paper and it must be re-sealable. The bag can contain several items of 100ml/100g or less but must not be too cluttered to allow security officers to carry out thorough checks. Large electrical items/laptops Laptops and other complex items of electrical equipment have to be removed from hand luggage and screened separately. No sharp items allowed in hand luggage. No large printer ink or toner cartridge weighing more than 500g may be carried in hand luggage.
