TROY MARCHING BAND CONTEST WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2016 7:30 AM

Band Hall Open – Clean shoes, Put uniform (in Bag) on Chair, and get Instrument Do NOT go to your first period classes!

8:00 AM

Warm-up rehearsal in the Band Hall

8:30 AM

Load trailer with everything… No Lyres/Flip-Folders

9:00 AM

Load bus and Leave *** Wear Band T-shirt, Shorts, Black Shoes & Calf-length Black Socks *** Bring Uniform in Garment Bag – We’ll change into them before we warm up

10:45 AM

Arrive at Troy High School – Use Restrooms and eat a light snack

11:00 AM

Change into Uniforms and Instruments out of cases – NO PLAYING!!!

11:30 AM

Start walking over to the Warm-up area

11:45 AM

12:15 PM

March over to the Stadium

12:30 PM

CENTERVILLE PERFORMANCE

12:45 PM

After performance there will be a Judge’s Clinic in the Band Hall

1:15 PM

Time to Change out of the Uniforms, Load the trailer and hit the Concessions

2:15 PM

We’re outta there…

4:00 PM

Back at CHS – Everything off of the trailer and back into the Band Hall.
