Band Hall Open – Clean shoes, Put uniform (in Bag) on Chair, and get Instrument

6:30 AM

Load trailer - No Lyres/Flip-Folders

7:00 AM

Load bus and Leave *** Wear Band T-shirt, Shorts, Black Shoes & Calf-length Black Socks *** Bring Uniform in Garment Bag – We’ll change into them before we warm up

8:30 AM

Arrive at La Vega High School – Use Restrooms and Change into Uniforms

9:15 AM

Instruments out of cases – NO PLAYING!!!

9:30 AM

Walk to the Warm-up area

9:45 AM

Warm-Up Time…

10:15 AM

March to the Stadium

10:30 AM

CENTERVILLE PERFORMANCE

After performance get set up for the Group Picture

11:00 AM

Change out of the Uniforms, Listen for Ratings at 11:30

12:00 PM

Lunch !!!!!

Back at CHS – Everything off of the trailer and back into the Band Hall.
