The Challenge Try something new related to healthy eating and drinking, cooking, where food comes from or physical activity Why try something new? • People often get into the habit of eating the same meals. Trying new foods and drinks can help us consume a wider variety of nutrients. • Cooking a new dish can help us learn new food skills. • Visiting new places, such as farms, supermarkets or factories, can help us learn more about the food we eat. • Trying new activities can help us meet new people, have fun and gain new skills to share with others.
